The property is central to all places we wanted to visit. Central for our friends who were visiting us. Mynt, the multi-cuisine restaurant was excellent...quality of food was really really good. Breakfast buffet was a super spread. Friendly staff in the hotel. Housekeeping to those at front desk to those at security check at entrance to those in the restaurant...all friendly happy people. Loved the decor too.

Service was nice. This is a 3 star, but they provide exceptional service. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were spacious, and had most facilities for a short stay. They don't keep mini-bar by default, thus one can't complain that they have picked up food from fridge by mistake.

VIVANTA hotel is a great place to stay, with professional well trained personnel with great heart and a proactive customer care approach. Rooms are big and super clean and the room stewards are super nice, kitchen and restaurant personnel highly committed to offer you the best experience. Lobby and reception personnel are professional and super kind. The Hotel Manager is superlative. Highly recommended.

Everything... Taj itself is a phenomenal brand in the hospitality sector. This hotel is no exception. The rooms are pretty big, cleanliness os impeccable & the food is lip smacking. Especially, the cheesecake. It was pure joy on the taste buds. Breakfast spread is quite elaborate and tasty. The staff of the hotel is remarkably polite. It's a lovely experience.

Staffs were very helpful and prompt. Can't help but mention few names like Naveed, Moushumi, Shayantoni of reception. Rajan ,the cleaning staff of our room 532 was excellent. Thanks

I stayed at this hotel for a night in August 23. The central location was purfect as it's very near to Acropolis Mall and the Visa Office is located just opposite to it. There is a nice restaurant 6 Ballygunj Place, if you have a craving for authentic Bengali cuisine. The girl at the reception Ms Vaisnavi was very helpful and efficient as she ensured checkin was a breeze. There was even a surprise birthday cake kept at the room for my son. Overall a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend for families and others
